At LD Superior Homes Corporation our vision is to create better, more affordable homes for the world. Our business idea supports this vision by offering a wide range of well-designed, functional homes at prices so low that many people in all climate zones will be able to afford them. 

 

The idea of constructing rigid modular homes to came our founder, Dennis Sherbakov, when he investigated the costs of building his own home. Building houses from scratch on site requires a lot of double handling of material, producing waste and a significant labor cost. As an engineer he took on the challenge to design homes in segments that fit together into one sturdy structure. …

We started with the fundamental idea that it is possible to combine a low price with beautiful design and highest quality. With the low price in mind, our designers began by reviewing the whole production process, including materials used, logistics, and labour and transport costs. The outcome was a successful new concept of indoor manufacturing with shipments in regular sized containers.

 

We believe that taking responsibility for people and the environment is a prerequisite for doing good business.
